Your MPRN is a unique 11 digit number which identifies your electricity connection. This will be used to confirm your address and can be found on the top of your curreny electricity bill.

Your Current Meter & Plan

Your electricity meter reading is a 5-7 digit number found on your electricity meter. Ignore digits in red or digits surrounded by a red box.
Select a Tariff
We can activate "Standard Smart Tariff (SST)" for your Smart Meter to apply Day / Night / Peak tariffs. Customers must request this activation with us. The meter cannot be reverted.
*Interval Smart Services for Standard Smart Tariff (SST) : Usage is reported to ESB every 30 minutes. You are billed for your actual usage each month.
**Non-Interval Smart Services for Standard Smart Tariff (SST) : Usage is read by ESB every 2 months. Bills are estimated between readings. This option is suitable for customers who do not want to share their 30-minute usage data with their supplier or who have low meter connectivity.
If you are interested in moving to the Standard Smart Tariff (SST):

Please note: If you move to Standard Smart Tariff (SST), then you must remain with Day/Night/Peak tariffs. If you decide to switch to SST, your meter cannot be reverted back to 24-Hour or Day/Night tariffs.

Also Note: If you want to move to Standard Smart Tariff (SST), you can switch to Community Power now and we will move you to Smart Services ASAP. There may be a 2 to 6-week delay in the process due to various factors.
